Digital Marketing Manager
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house creative and brand management team. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's digital content strategy to ensure flawlessly curated, highly shareable, and effective web ready copy, videos, and infographics, and driving continuous improvement of website performance. In this role you will deliver timely, relevant digital experiences for clients, prospects, and influencers while helping extend the reach of the firm through thought leadership and brand awareness. You will proactively apply your up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends to improve the performance of the firm's digital marketing channels.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, be a strong writer who is able to draft and synthesize content into compelling messages, and have outstanding organizational skills.
Based in our Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Princeton, or Washington, D.C. office, this position offers a flexible, hybrid in-office/remote working arrangement.
Key responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement of website performance based on a documented digital customer journey.

Contribute creative ideas on how to leverage digital media to optimize and achieve business objectives and produce on brand digital content that is persuasive to key audience segments.

Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of website content and functionality to ensure accuracy of digital properties.

Develop and manage the content marketing plan across digital channels ensuring content is fresh, current, and updated regularly, and maintain editorial calendars.

Partner with web content and editorial teams to develop and implement SEO best practices and related content management techniques to website content and landing pages and benchmark performance.

Ensure public sites, landing pages, and blogs are accurate, indexed appropriately, tracked in Google Analytics, and on target for upgrades.

Develop cross channel campaigns and analyze and share campaign performance with stakeholders.

Asses digital content requests from a web/SEO perspective and recommend enhancements or landing page additions to support key initiatives.

Manage third-party listings (e.g., Google Business) to increase their accuracy and visibility.

Communicate project status information in a timely manner to appropriate departmental parties throughout all phases of projects.

Cross-train team on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Supervise and collaborate with Social Media Specialist and other team members on social strategy and tactics.
Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience with dedicated responsibilities associated with web publishing and/or development, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment.

Strong technical skills including in depth experience with the following: SEO; email marketing; content marketing strategies; social media strategies; website and social integration best practices; Sitecore; Google Analytics, Sprout, and SEMrush.

Ability to understand and use web-based content management systems and other forms-based web applications.

Basic HTML, CSS, and Photoshop skills and understanding of media (images, videos) usage in a digital environment.

Project management, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Adept at building relationships with all levels of personnel.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain trust and build consensus.

For positions in NY, the salary range for this job posting is $97,486.00 - $155,977.00.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
